# Share a Make module's input and output

> Use this when a Magic Meal Kits module errors out in a Make scenario. Download that module's raw input and raw output and send them to support so they can find the cause quickly.

When a Magic Meal Kits module errors out, the fastest way to find the cause is to look at what went
into it (input) and what came back (output). Download both from Make as files and send them with
your support request.

## When you need this

<Warning>
  **Symptom:** A Magic Meal Kits module in your Make scenario errors out or returns something you
  didn't expect.
</Warning>

## Download the input and output

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the failed run">
    In Make, open the scenario that failed and pick the run with the error.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the bundle data">
    Click the number (bubble) at the top right of the failing module, then click
    **View bundle data**.
    <Info>Screenshot coming soon: Make module bubble and View bundle data</Info>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download raw input and raw output">
    Click **View raw input** and **View raw output** one at a time to download both files.
    <Info>Screenshot coming soon: View raw input and View raw output buttons</Info>
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Both files contain exactly what went into the module. If they include API keys or personal data,
  send them only to support and don't post them anywhere public.
</Warning>

## Send it to support

Send the following through our [KakaoTalk channel](http://pf.kakao.com/_fMgxdn/chat):

* Your Magic Meal Kits account email
* A description of the problem
* The raw input file and the raw output file

If server-side records help too, see [Share system logs](/operations/share-system-logs).

## If you can't find the buttons

* No **View bundle data**? Make sure the scenario has run at least once.
* No number over the module? Make sure you've selected the run that had the error.
